Hello Guests of Eato Chef! We are a food trailer custom built by our owner and operators Mai Mai & Mark.

While Mai Mai and Mark have been cooking for too many years to count with- Mai Mai at the age of seven cooking for her family on the farm in Chiang Rai, Thailand, and Mark gaining an interest in cooking with his Mom in a quiet country neighborhood in Grand Ledge, Michigan. Our passions have brought us together, and we aim to bring together our community with a shared passion for food and good service wherever we go
